I have been a bit pessimistic lately and easily frustrated with insignificant things. So, since this is the month of Thanksgiving and the time where thoughts are turned more to what they are grateful for, I'm going to try to write each day about at least one thing I am thankful for that day. This is mostly to keep me in perspective of the many blessing I do have :)
Today, as the light, but wind whipped snow outside is engulfing our apartment, I am very grateful for our home. As we head into the colder months, even though our heater doesn't fully work right now, I am grateful for the means we have to stay warm. I'm glad we have shelter, warm clothes, blankets, and many things to help keep us warm. I know things could be a lot worse than a broken heater, and I am very, very grateful for the warmth and shelter we have.
This is a really good idea! I'm totally not going to do this too! But I am going to enjoy the many posts!
