The Creek in the City and More SLC

Monday afternoon-ish is a great time to 
check out the new City Creek Center in downtown 
Salt Lake.

I loved the historic pictures that were along the 

Sky-walk 

 

Oh Disney store..

 

We've really been looking forward to seeing this place.  When we were 

dating there was a parking garage that we would go to the top of and 

stare down at Temple Square, South Temple, and all the busy people.

It was especially awesome at Christmas time.  They tore it down to build

City Creek, and we've since found a new parking garage view to enjoy.

We enjoyed City Creek, went into the fancy stores, fell in love with shoes I wont buy, encountered a power outage while in H&M, and got a smoothie.

We're excited for Christmas Downtown! 

We also walked around Temple Square a bit.

We also enjoyed an amazing session at the Draper Temple, our
first time back there since the open house.  I love this temple, 
it's bright white inside, with Sego Lily designs (which I love), and tall,
forcing your eyes upwards toward Heaven. It's purdy :)
