I'm trying to train and prepare my brain to eventually read Ulysses sometime in the near future. On my mission, I would often pass by the statue of James Joyce in Dublin, and I'd like to connect back to the Emerald Isle in some form. My dad said "be prepared not to understand it." but I'd still like to give it a try.

Perhaps someone has read and has some advice? Or is going/has gone through a similar situation. I'd also like to get a collection of W.B. Yeats poems.
